White River Valley

On Thursday, April 23rd, representatives from Union Health and Shakamak Rehab will be at all three school buildings offering free physical examinations for the 2026-2027 school year. To be eligible for this opportunity the student-athlete must be a CURRENT 4th-11th grade student at White River Valley AND the parent/guardian of the student MUST complete the attached 2-page document before the examinations on Thursday. (At the bottom of the message, labeled Physical Form) If your student-athlete does not participate in this free opportunity on Thursday they will need to meet with their medical professional for their annual pre-participation physical examination before being allowed to participate in practices and games for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.
