The High School Cross Country teams competed at Eastern Greene last night against Eastern Greene, Seven Oaks Classical and Shakamak. The boys scores were: Eastern Greene -- 33 Shakamak -- 56 White River Valley -- 69 Seven Oaks Classical -- 72 Eastern Greene was the only school that had a complete girls team, so they won the girls meet. WRV times for the boys and girls are as follows: Landon Lundy -- 17:45 (1st place) Carter Alexander -- 20:32 (9th place) Harley Bennett -- 20:57 (11th place) Derek Sullivan -- 25:14 (20th place) Joe Straw -- 26:55 (28th place) Tristan Verseman -- 28:55 (30th place) Katie Linnweber -- 20:38 (1st place overall) Ember Howell -- 25:26 (8th place) Izzy DeLoof -- 37:21 (15th place) The HS teams will compete again on Saturday at Southwestern Shelby.
